Tato is an AI-native project delivery platform built for ERP implementation partners. It embeds into delivery workflows to preserve context, capture decisions, and keep every stakeholder aligned from presales through go-live.
Why we built it
Roughly four out of five ERP implementations miss their time, budget, or scope targets. The technology is rarely the reason. Projects derail because the record of what was agreed lives in someone's notebook, someone's inbox, or someone's memory, and by month seven nobody can reconstruct it cleanly. Our founders ran these projects as system integrators. They watched the same failure repeat across clients, industries, and platforms, and concluded the missing piece was infrastructure, not effort.
What Tato does
Tato joins the meetings, captures every interaction, and surfaces the context when someone needs it. Implementation partners use it to run structured presales discovery, trace requirements from first capture through sign-off, generate statements of work and status reports automatically, and give consultants real-time visibility into scope and risk. There is no separate dashboard to maintain and no second system of record to keep in sync.
Who we are
Tato Technology Solutions Inc. was founded in 2023 by Justin Delisle (CEO), Mathieu Chrétien (co-founder), and Vlad Lokshin (co-founder). The team builds for Microsoft Dynamics and SAP implementation partners across North America, and is focused on making ERP implementations more predictable and less dependent on any one person's expertise.
