Integrations

The Tato agent can join project interactions when invited, just like a human team member. Every customer has a Tato agent — for example, Acme Corp would have tato@acmecorp.com.

Interactions include meetings, chats, documents, and project management app activity. We're constantly working to increase the number of supported integrations.

Enabling permissions

Our integrations are granular — different capabilities require different permissions. These permissions must be granted by an admin of your Microsoft organization.

You can view the state of permissions and copy the integration consent link in Organization settings > Integrations.

Meetings

Tato can listen to meetings on video conference tools. It generates its own transcripts and processes each meeting individually.

Supported:

  • Microsoft Teams
  • Google Meet
  • Zoom
  • Webex

Invite tato@yourcompany.com to the meeting — Tato will use the conferencing link to join at the scheduled time. On Microsoft Teams, Tato can also be called in during a live meeting using the request to join button.

Microsoft Teams

At the start of a Teams call, two Tato agents join. The first clicks record so the team has a Teams recording. The second records for the Tato platform. If the second agent fails to join, Tato falls back to the Teams recording created by the first.

Calendar

Tato can join meetings when invited with a supported conferencing link.

Supported:

  • M365 Outlook Calendar
  • Google Calendar

Tato only has access to emails on which it is a participant (To, CC, Bcc). The email integration is currently in alpha — contact us to learn more.

Chats & channels

Add Tato as a member of a chat or channel and it will read the discussion. Tato reads discussions once per day.

Supported:

  • Microsoft Teams Chats
  • Microsoft Teams Channels

Coming soon: Slack

Project management apps

Tato reads tickets in project management apps once per day, looking for activity (new tickets, edits, status updates).

Supported:

  • Azure DevOps

Coming soon: Jira, SAP Cloud ALM, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Octane

Documents

Tato can read relevant documents uploaded to the platform.

Supported:

  • Manual upload of many file types
  • SharePoint sites, folders, and Teams channels (admins only)

Coming soon: Google Drive links and folders
