Project Operations (Dynamics 365)

Tato can create, read, and update project records in Project Operations, such as tasks, assignments, and statuses.

Setup: One-time admin approval — a workspace admin needs to approve Tato once. See Connect your apps to Tato for details.

Usage may be billed per Copilot Credit unless your organization already holds a Dynamics 365 Premium license or M365 Copilot license. Check with your Microsoft admin before enabling.

Use cases:

Update task status in Project Operations right after a status meeting.
Ask Tato for the current assignments and workload on a given project.
